How can I order coffee?

Retail customers can order coffee online by visiting cafefemeninocoffee.com/shop.

Wholesale orders may be placed by calling 833.532.0909 during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET) or by emailing orders@CafeFemeninoCoffee.com. Voicemail or email is available for after-hours orders. All orders placed by email or voicemail will be confirmed prior to being fulfilled.

How can I set up an account?

If you are ordering coffee from this website, you can set up an account during checkout.

For wholesale businesses, please call us at 833.532.0909 or email us at orders@CafeFemeninoCoffee.com to set up a wholesale account.

What is the difference between a wholesale account and a retail account?

Wholesale accounts are exclusively reserved for businesses. You must register in your state as a business and submit paperwork to us with your state resale license number in order to receive wholesale prices. You may email your paperwork to orders@CafeFemeninoCoffee.com or mail it to Café Femenino Coffee, 505 Meadowlands Drive #101, Hillsborough NC 27278. Please allow three business days from receipt of your paperwork to set up your wholesale account. We will contact you when the account is set up. If you have any questions about the process, please call us at 833.532.0909.

Businesses that have a wholesale account with us are able to make purchases from us without paying state taxes.

How long does it take to process my order?

Though we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, please allow up to 2 business days to process your order and get it ready for shipping. Please remember that we will be closed on all normal holidays and will not process orders while we are closed. You will receive an email notification that your order has shipped from Café Femenino Coffee in Hillsborough NC with tracking information.

How long does it take to ship my order?

If you are purchasing coffee online, you can choose your USPS shipping method during checkout. Depending on the method you choose, shipping will take 1 to 7 days.

If you are a wholesale customer, please discuss shipping with us while placing your order. There are several variables that impact transit time. These include your business location, the size of your order and the freight provider, as well as holidays and adverse weather conditions.

Can you ship outside the United States?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States via FedEx and USPS. We also offer USPS shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

How do I use a discount code?

Discount codes must be input at the time of purchase during the checkout process. We can not retroactively discount orders already in process or provide refunds based on a discount code not working at the time of checkout. Only one discount code can be used per transaction.

Please note, our subscriptions are considered a discount and can not be combined with a promotional code.

Can I return an item?

Per our Return Policy, requests for return of product(s) ordered on this website must be made within 30 days of delivery. No returns can be accepted without prior authorization, which you can receive by calling 833.532.0909. We do not refund shipping charges.

Please include your authorization number on all product returns. Once the product is received and inspected, we will refund the product’s purchase price to your credit card within 5 business days.
